Merchandise Return Policy

All items, excluding electrical items, furniture, media, vacuums and clearance are returnable within seven (7) days of purchase.

  • Clearance and discounted items are non-returnable.
  • All returns must be accompanied with original receipt and tags left on items.
  • Refund will be made in the manner in which it was originally paid.
  • Purchases made using a personal check will require 7-10 day waiting period for check to clear.

Refund will then be made by Company Check and mailed to your address.

Check Acceptance

1. Personal checks for exact amount of purchase only.
2. Photo ID required:

  • Driver’s License
  • State issues non-driver card or Military photo ID

We can NOT accept the following:
Thrid party checks, counter checks, post dated checks, checks made out to “cash”, checks made for more than the amount of purchase, payroll checks, money orders or traveler’s checks.

Item Testing Policy:
Items are generally tested during processing. If there is any question of functionality, we encourage you to test your items again before leaving the store. See a sales associate for assistance.

Delivery Policy
Items can be delivered at the rate of $40 for the first 10 miles and 50¢ for each additional mile as determined by our staff. Fees must be paid prior to scheduling a delivery time.
